Dr Anne Nolan, Study Team Management Group

Dr Anne Nolan is an economist at the ESRI. She is on the Study Team Management Group for Growing up in Ireland (GUI) and is also a Research Affiliate at the Irish Longitudinal Study on Ageing (TILDA) at Trinity College Dublin (TCD). Her main research interest is health economics, with a particular focus on the social determinants of health, healthcare financing and access, and Irish health policy. Her recent research using GUI has examined issues such as inequalities in access to general practitioner care among Irish children, socio-economic inequalities in health outcomes, and the effect of mother’s country of birth on breastfeeding behaviour.
